This is a St. Patrick Day's fabric postcard that I am almost finished with.  I'll send it in a postcard swap.

The inside shamrock is on a dark green velveteen.  Hope she will like it.  I have to attach the back yet and whip stitch around it to secure it.

Another month gone by and I haven't posted much.  How DO people manage to have time to blog so much? 

Here is a super quick recap.

My sewing machine when on the fritz.  Am trying to get it working again.
Bought a quick super cheap machine so that I can repair some clothes.  Definitely not to be used for quilting though.  Perhaps for tops, not sure yet.

I need to practice more quilting things like stippling.

Need to work with EQ (Electric Quilter) more to utilize it.  For those of you who do not know what EQ7 is, it's a quilting program that will allow me to create more quilts of my own.  I can also scan in my fabric and apply it to blocks to see how it would look.  An example of that would be the center block for my New Baltimore Block of the Month project.

I scanned in my new fabric for it and then added it to the block pattern that was in EQ7.

Well the results will be here after I remember to add it from the home hard drive.
